Treatment of drug-susceptable TB (exclude meningitis) as an alternative/substitute for rifampin in TB patient on protease inhibitors / significantly interacting drug

DOSING FOR ADULTS GUIDE [DIAMS HSgB]

With Ritonavir-boosted PIs:
150 mg PO q24h

With Dolutegravir or Raltegravir:
5 mg/kg PO q24h (usual dose 300mg)

With PI with TAF containing regimens:
Not recommended
