Treatment of infections caused by susceptible organisms especially staphylococcal infections especially MRSA.

500 mg PO q8h
(for MRSA, Fusidic Acid is used as combination therapy with Rifampicin)
RENAL DOSE ADJUSTMENT IN ADULTS GUIDE [DIAMS HSgB]
No dosage adjustment required.
Fusidic acid is cleared by liver.
