(1) Treatment of mild to moderately severe infections caused by Penicillin G-sensitive organisms.
(2) Treatment of syphilis.
DOSING FOR ADULTS GUIDE [DIAMS HSgB]
Primary, Secondary or Early-latent Syphilis:
2.4 million units IM single dose
Late Latent Syphilis, Gummatous Syphilis or Cardiovascular Syphilis:
2.4 million units IM weekly for 3 weeks (Day 1, 8 & 15)
